Using the platform

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or posting a listing. You are responsible for the content you submit and for your interactions with other users.

Listings

Listings are submitted by owners and users. While we verify listings where possible, you should always confirm details directly before making any payment or commitment.

Prohibited conduct

Do not post false, misleading, discriminatory or unlawful content, and do not use the platform to harass others or commit fraud. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Liability

NextFlat is a discovery platform and is not a party to any rental agreement between users. We are not liable for disputes arising from transactions between owners and seekers.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised terms.
